Why did HASK update its packaging?

We refreshed HASK’s look to reflect the same kindness and care that have always been at the heart of our products. Our brighter, full-colored bottles with modern fonts make it easy to find your favorite formulas. Clear benefit highlights help you pick the perfect match, and our updated design makes it easier than ever to squeeze and use in the shower.

Is HASK considered still clean beauty?

Yes! HASK formulas still adhere to the latest clean beauty standards and are free from sulfates, parabens, phthalates, and other harsh ingredients. Kindness is our secret ingredient, thoughtfully blended into every formula to care for your hair, your skin, and the planet. Every HASK product has this kindness ethos on the back of the bottle/pack:

Plus, each bottle uses recycled plastics, so you get beauty, sustainability, and the same reparative, clean formulas you love at an accessible price.

Have there been any changes to the formulas?

Our formulas and performance remain the same. For any specific questions, please refer to the full ingredient lists on our website. We only updated the fragrances for two collections - Thicken and Hydrate. See the question below for more details.

Why does the scent or feel of some products seem different?

Our Thicken + Biotin & Collagen and Hydrate + Coconut Oil collections now feature upgraded fragrances that are fresher, sweeter, and totally on trend.

· Thicken collection now smells like: Wild Strawberry, Jasmine Nectar & Whipped Vanilla

· Hydrate collection now smells like: Sweet Almond, Jasmine Nectar & Creamy Coconut

Why are some bottles larger and prices slightly higher?

We’ve increased our shampoo and conditioner bottles from 12 oz to 16 oz - that’s 4 oz more of what you love! This allows you to enjoy longer-lasting products while keeping quality high.

I can’t find my favorite product in stores. What happened?

We are working closely with our retail partners to make the transition from our old products to new as seamless as possible, but execution from store to store may vary. During this time of transition, you might see some items on clearance or temporarily out of stock - check out our store locator or ask your retailer for upcoming restocks.
