Yes, the Repair Series Bond-Building Treatment Leave-In Cream can be used on dry hair. Applying it to dry hair allows the formula to absorb into the strands before rinsing. For everyday use, applying to clean, damp hair is ideal, but dry application is a great option when your hair needs a little extra love.
